OUR POLICIES

Be sure to take note of all Bliss Med Spa's policies before arriving at your appointment!

We will make no exceptions to these policies.

CANCELLATION/NO-SHOW POLICY FOR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENTS

We understand that there are times when you must miss an appointment due to emergencies or obligations for work or family. However, when you do not call to cancel an appointment you may be preventing another patient from receiving a service.

 

Pure Bliss Medical Spa requires that a credit card number be kept on file to reserve your scheduled service. If an appointment is not cancelled at least 24 hours in advance, you will be charged a $50 fee. If you do not call and do not show up to your appointment, you will be charged a $50 fee.

LATE POLICY

We understand that delays can happen. However, we must try to keep our other clients on time. If a client is more more than 15 minutes past their scheduled time, we have the right to reschedule the appointment.

If you arrive later than scheduled we will make every effort to accommodate your full appointment, but this is not always possible. Service time may be abbreviated to avoid delays for other guests. We have the right to reschedule your appointment to give you the quality treatment and to respect other patients’ scheduled appointments.

REFUND POLICY

We do not issue refunds for any product or service that has been injected or used in your treatment. Skincare/cosmetic products may not be returned. If a package or series of treatments have begun, these services will be considered rendered, even if the entire series may not be completed. If you decide to discontinue treatment in the midst of a series, credit for the pro-rated share of unused treatments for the package price may be extended and this may be used to purchase other treatments or products offered by Pure Bliss.
